Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to sell you a Retvo and to look after you afterwards. This page explains what that is and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered.
- When you write to us: your name, email address, and whatever you tell us in your message.
- When you visit: page views and where visitors arrived from, counted anonymously so we can see what people read.
How we use it
We use your details to take and fulfill your order, send you the receipt and the shipping email, reply to your messages, and handle any return or repair. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services needed to do those jobs, such as the payment provider and the carrier that delivers your order.
Payments
Payments are taken through PayPal. We never see or store your card details. PayPal's own privacy policy explains how it handles your payment.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax, and keep messages only as long as they are useful for helping you.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@retvo.co.
