Shipping

We pack and send every order within 2 business days. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number, so you can follow it to your door.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return an unused Retvo within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Keep it in its original packaging and send it back with everything that came in the box.

Please contact us first so we can confirm the return and send you the details. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching us. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your Retvo arrives damaged, or stops working, tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a short description or a photo. We will replace it or refund it, and we pay for the return postage.

Exchanges

Want a different color? Return the one you have under the returns policy above, then place a new order for the color you want. This keeps every refund and charge simple to follow.
