Who we are

Retvo is a small online store in the United States that sells retro handheld game consoles. You can reach us at info@retvo.co.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free on every US order.
• An order is confirmed when you see your receipt. We may cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it, and we will refund you in full if we do.
• We take payment through PayPal or Stripe. You agree to their terms when you pay.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery times are in our shipping policy. You can return a Retvo within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price, no questions asked, as explained on our returns and refunds page. Every Retvo has a 1 year warranty, described on our warranty page.

The games

The games on your Retvo are included for your own private use. Please do not copy, resell or share them, and do not use the device for anything illegal.

Using this site

Please use this site in a fair way. The words, photos and designs on it belong to Retvo or to the people who gave us permission to use them, so please do not copy them for your own store.

Limits

Our products are made to be enjoyed, not to be used for work or jobs where safety depends on them. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. This does not limit any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies. Orders you have already placed are covered by the terms in place when you ordered.
