Every Retvo comes with a 1 year warranty from the day it is delivered. If something inside it stops working, we fix it.
What it covers
- The screen
- The buttons
- The sticks
- Charging
- The battery
- The memory card
What it does not cover
- Accidental damage, such as drops or cracks
- Damage from liquids
- Cosmetic wear, such as scratches and marks on the shell
How it works
We repair or replace the faulty part, or the whole unit, at no cost to you. There is no return shipping to pay. Contact us with your order number and a short description of the fault, and we will send you the next steps.
A fault in the first 30 days? You can also return it for a full refund.
